Website analytics choices
HeitechSoft uses optional analytics to understand how visitors use PaiSLEY’s public website and where the buying journey needs improvement. You can use the site and request a demo without agreeing to analytics.
What happens when you allow analytics
Matomo, operated on HeitechSoft’s analytics service, and PostHog’s US-hosted service receive page categories, selected plan names, campaign labels and actions such as a demo request accepted by our website. Browser identifiers help connect these actions. Requests also expose network information, including your IP address, to the receiving service.
This website does not send demo form answers, email-link addresses, phone numbers, arbitrary URL parameters or applicant information to these analytics tools. Automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled. A demo request is handled separately so our team can respond.
Your choice and browser storage
Analytics collection starts after you allow it. Declining keeps optional analytics off. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days; browser analytics identifiers are configured for up to 90 days. These storage periods are separate from analytics reports held by the providers. Clearing browser storage may ask you to choose again.
You can withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer. This stops future collection in this browser and clears the active providers’ tracking cookies where supported; it does not automatically delete reports already received. We also keep analytics off when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
